Our Return and Refunds Policy

We offer refunds without returns. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you may request either a replacement or a full product refund. Products cannot be returned.

Refunds:

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of your refund request.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@loralle.com

Damages and issues:

Any shipping problems—for example, missing or incorrect items—must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package. If you have any questions, email us at info@loralle.com.
